Execution
Stand on one leg at the edge of a platform while holding a dumbell in one hand and balancing yourself with the other hand.
Allow the heel of the leg that you are standing on to sink as low as possible without sliding off the platform (Starting Position).
Raise up on tiptoe to the highest possible position (Finishing Position).
